It’s always good news when we hear that companies are hiring. According to the chart below, the trucking industry had it’s ups and downs (like any industry). However, year-over-year, the trucking industry added 10,000 jobs from December 2015 to December 2016.

Usually, they start paying at $40,000+ a year. There are also, depending on the company and the particular job, signing bonuses!

Job opportunities range from local delivery jobs, regional (in-state), regional (neighboring states) and of course, cross-country national travel.
