Everybody deserves a little appreciation for what they do for a living and the contributions they make to society; whether you spend your days on the road or teaching at a truck driving school in Phoenix, you should be recognized for your efforts. Continue on and celebrate National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.
Those who work for commercial truck driving companies and in truck driving schools deserve as much appreciation as everyone else; without them, businesses would be nothing like they are today. National Truck Driver Appreciation Week seeks to spread awareness about the importance of the truck driving industry, and it helps younger drivers understand the benefits that they stand to gain if they join.
National Truck Driver Appreciation Week occurs every September, and for 2016 it will be held the week of September 11th to September 17th. There will be an event held in Dayton, Ohio where America’s Road Team, the American Trucking Associations, and other members of the trucking industry will convene to celebrate. Everyone else involved in the trucking industry in other areas can also hold events of their own.
National Truck Driver Appreciation Week and the event in Dayton, Ohio are both geared towards furthering the cause of truck drivers. Others are encouraged to hold events and purchase NTDAW merchandise in the hopes that this brand will help spread recognition, appreciation, and general knowledge regarding truck drivers and their industry.
